I'd like to make a suggestion for the model city. Perhaps we could enlist experts in role playing game design to create a role playing strategy for the participants in the model city to explore political, social, cultural and every other type of scenario. It could be a fun, productive experience for visitors and longterm residents.

Well... I don't consider myself an expert
, but I HAVE done a fair amount of roleplay. Also, one of my side projects is the development of a new roleplay gaming system. I could work on an RP application that suits our purposes.
I am willing to collaborate with anyone who is a bit more experienced. In the meantime, I have many friends with extensive experience in RPG and game mastering. I could solicite their help as well.
Gamification is a powerful tool, consider the orbital mechanics knowledge transfer that has been produced by Kerbal Space Program.
I'm currently working on a digital twin simulation for a manufacturing firm which will allow us to simulate, optimise and manage each operational process in real time . Latency issues aside, who's to say that an RPG couldin't be the control centre for an autonomous lunar base with its own digital twin?
